About Genchi

Genchi shows engineering leaders a prediction of which projects are heading for a missed deadline and which aren't, from the people doing the work. We've rebuilt it from the ground up. Team members vote with one anonymous click in Slack. Leaders see a combined score for every and trend in one portfolio view, so they know where to step in and which teams to leave alone. Genchi works with Jira and Asana. You can see your live portfolio inside Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. Free for teams of up to 10.
